1. Nature of Business & Role of Evergrand FNB LLP

Evergrand FNB LLP operates strictly as a B2B food services aggregator and logistics coordinator. We facilitate bulk food delivery bookings between corporate clients and our network of licensed restaurant partners across Mumbai.

We do not prepare, cook, package, or handle food at any point during the order lifecycle. Our role is limited to coordination, menu management, and logistics facilitation.

2. FSSAI Compliance & Food Safety Responsibility

As Evergrand FNB LLP does not engage in food production or handling, an FSSAI license is not applicable to our business model under current regulatory frameworks.

All food is prepared, packed, and delivered by our FSSAI-licensed partner restaurants, each of whom bears full responsibility for hygiene, safety, and food quality. Clients are encouraged to review individual restaurant credentials as needed.

3. Order Placement & Lead Time

To ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery, all bulk food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Short-notice orders may be accommodated based on availability, but are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

The bookings of food will be delivered on the dedicated date and time mentioned by the customer. We do not offer any cancellation return or refund.

5. Pricing & Service Modifications

Prices listed on our website or shared via proposals are indicative and subject to change based on seasonal availability, partner restaurant pricing, and customization requests.

We reserve the right to modify offerings, service scope, pricing structures, and restaurant partnerships at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in selecting credible restaurant partners, Evergrand FNB LLP cannot be held liable for food quality issues, delivery delays caused by third parties, or miscommunication between clients and restaurant staff beyond our control.
